The Estate
Where the Cloud Forest Meets the Coffee
Aetheris Estate is a 40-acre private property in the Boquete Highlands of Chiriquí Province, Panama. Situated between 1,200 and 1,500 meters elevation, the estate encompasses two waterfalls, year-round streams, mature coffee plantings, and primary cloud forest.
The property is currently in early-stage development, with plans spanning specialty coffee cultivation, eco-tourism, conservation, and agricultural innovation. Our approach prioritizes the land's existing ecology while building infrastructure that serves both guests and the surrounding community.
